Dr Somers does not take shortcuts. The fact that he doesn’t probably saved my life. My blood pressure was in crisis at 200/120 and I was completely unaware. Had he not followed his best practices and just written me scrips for Adderrall, ( I was a new patient), I was an extremely likely candidate for stroke or heart attack. He got me the bloodwork I needed and I was able to rectify with lifestyle changes and not medication. He has a strong presence which I feel his job requires.
